Leading worldwide lodging company Choice Hotels International, Inc. (NYSE: CHH) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.185 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on January 18, 2012 to shareholders of record on January 4, 2012.
