Soneva Kiri won 4 awards at the 2011 Thanachart Bank Thailand Property Awards which were held on December 6th in Bangkok, the most number of awards bestowed to a Thai Property Developer. The Awards Ceremony was attended by more than 600 CEOs, managing directors, developers and other senior management figures from the national and regional property sector.
Comprising 31 categories, the awards have become a benchmark for quality in the property industry. Soneva Kiri and Habita Architects with whom Six Senses Resorts & Spas has worked closely for many years, won awards for Best Residential Architectural Design, Best Villa Development (Eastern Seaboard), the Green Development Award and Best Villa Development Thailand.
