Company’s Fifth Project in Argentina Will Feature Access to Pilar Golf Club, One of the Best Known Golf Courses and Country Clubs in the Country

Hilton Worldwide announced that it has signed a management agreement with El Hotel Pilar, S.A. for a 170-room new-build Hilton hotel in Pilar, Argentina - part of Greater Buenos Aires. The hotel will form part of a mixed-use development featuring 130 residential condominium units that will benefit from all the services offered at Hilton Pilar. The Hilton Pilar Hotel & Residences project, currently under construction and expected to open in March 2015, is the third for Hilton Hotels & Resorts and fifth for Hilton Worldwide in Argentina.

"As Hilton Hotels & Resorts continues its focus on global growth, signing our third project in one of South America's most diverse countries is a key milestone for us," said Dave Horton, global head, Hilton Hotels & Resorts. "We look forward to welcoming travelers to experience our brand in one of Argentina's flourishing cities."

Hilton Pilar will be located in the heart of Pilar Golf Club - one of the country's most wellknown golf courses, host to the Argentine Open in 2006 and 2011, featuring 27 holes across three courses. Just a 40 minute drive from downtown Buenos Aires and the international airport, Hilton Pilar will offer travelers the perfect combination of relaxing leisure surroundings and direct city access via the Panamericana highway.

"We are proud to work with Building Class SRL, such experienced developers, on this exciting project. The signing of Hilton Pilar Hotel & Residences is a perfect addition to our growing portfolio in Argentina, as it will complement our existing Hilton Buenos Aires in Puerto Madero and give guests the opportunity to experience two distinct areas of Buenos Aires province," said Danny Hughes, senior vice president, Caribbean, Mexico and Latin America, Hilton Worldwide. "With the recent opening of Hilton Garden Inn Tucuman, and five projects in the pipeline, Hilton Worldwide is poised to offer travelers a home away from home throughout the country."

Ideal for both business and leisure travelers, the three-story Hilton Pilar will welcome guests to an inviting lobby reflecting the heart of the property as it integrates the hotel's signature restaurant, two bars and business center. The upscale hotel will feature 170 guest rooms including executive floor rooms, 10 master suites, a governor's suite and presidential suite, all outfitted with the Hilton Serenity CollectionTM of amenities boasting plush bedding, highdefinition flat screen television, alarm clock with MP3 player connection, wireless Internet access and more. Guests staying in an executive room or suite will enjoy the added benefit of the hotel's executive floor service and executive lounge, which will offer light snacks and beverages throughout the day.

The hotel will provide a great base for events and business travelers, with more than 21,500 square feet of meeting space including a convention center divisible into three ballrooms, six flexible and technologically enhanced meeting rooms, and a business center. Hilton Pilar will also offer a strategic location near one of South America's major industrial parks home to many national and international corporations, dining options, shopping centers and more.

Guests of Hilton Pilar will also enjoy recreational amenities such as an outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, a nearly 5,500 square foot world-class spa, and of course, the renowned Pilar Golf Club boasting a clubhouse, pro shop and the only 665 yard Par 6 in South America. A 400 space parking lot completes the facilities.

"After two years of dedicated efforts to bring this project to fruition, we couldn't be happier to work with Hilton Worldwide and form part of their growth in our country," said Gaston Stelluto, managing partner, Building Class SRL. "Working side by side gives us the opportunity to introduce a mixed-use complex where both hotel guests and residential owners will experience the excellent service and high quality standards synonymous with the Hilton brand. We look forward to replicating this exciting concept throughout the country."

Hilton Pilar will also offer its luxury services to owners of the 130 residential units sold by L J Ramos Brokers. Spread across two buildings, both in the center of Pilar Golf Club, the condominiums will be designed with the same standards used in the construction of the hotel and will feature electric oven, air conditioning as well as heat, and an exclusive pool per building. Owners can choose from one, two, three or four bedrooms units and will enjoy access to all the facilities at Hilton Pilar. The complex will also house seven more than 3,000 square foot single-family homes on individual lots, designed specifically for the owner and providing the same service as the condominiums.

Pilar has experienced a period of fascinating growth with the construction of many private residential neighborhoods and shopping centers. With easy access to the city of Buenos Aires, Pilar provides a pleasant tourist destination, offering visitors an array of attractions including everything from polo fields and golf courses to museums and traditional ranches. Hilton Pilar will participate in Hilton HHonors®, the only guest rewards program that allows members to earn Points & Miles® for the same stay and redeem points for free nights with No Blackout Dates at more than 3,800 hotels worldwide.

Hilton Worldwide currently has a portfolio of 54 hotels and resorts open and welcoming travelers in Latin America, including two hotels in Argentina: Hilton Buenos Aires in Puerto Madero and Hilton Garden Inn Tucuman. The company is actively pursuing additional Latin American growth opportunities with a robust development pipeline that includes properties in Argentina (Iguazu, Pilar, Santa Fe, Ushuaia, & Zarate), Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Panama, Peru and Uruguay.
