Homewood Suites by Hilton®, the national brand
of upscale, all-suite, residential-style hotels, has opened the 78-suite Homewood Suites by Hilton
Houston-Stafford, in Texas. The hotel is owned by HSHS Property, L.P. (an affiliate of W.I.
Realty Acquisition Corp.) and managed by Texas Western Hospitality Management and
represents another addition to the growing roster of more than 180 Homewood Suites by Hilton
hotels nationwide.
“The new hotel’s location, located in the heart of Southwest Houston, just minutes from
all major attractions in Houston, Sugar Land and Stafford, makes our city an ideal market for an
upscale, extended-stay hotel like Homewood Suites by Hilton,” said Michelle Virata, general
manager.
“Our hotel is designed for guests who stay for five or more nights, but is also ideal for
short stays and families who need to feel more at home while they are traveling,” Virata said.
“We are the ideal place for those travelers who are away from home or the office for several days,
but still have all of the benefits, such as a full kitchen, executive business center, and
complimentary wired and wireless high-speed Internet access.”
The Homewood Suites by Hilton Houston-Stafford is located at: 4520 Techniplex Drive,
Stafford, TX 77477. The hotel is conveniently located near many local tourist attractions
including shopping and restaurants at the Fountains Shopping Center (one-half mile west) and
Sugar Land Towne Square (four miles south).
The four-story Homewood Suites by Hilton Houston-Stafford features residential-style
studio, one- bedroom and two-bedroom suites with fully equipped kitchens and spacious sleeping
