TBOHolidays, one of the leading B2B online booking sites in the Middle East, has initiated two-way XML integration with eRevMax for smooth distribution connectivity to its growing client base.
The integration will help accommodation providers connected to the channel use eRevMax’s online distribution platforms, RateTiger & Connect, for updating inventory availability and room rates in real-time, helping them control pricing strategies and optimize revenue. Further, it will help TBOHolidays to expand its inventory base by becoming a meaningful demand partner for the eRevMax client base.
Headquartered in Dubai, TBOHolidays allows travel agents to book over 200,000 hotels worldwide in real time. Hotels can leverage TBOHolidys for improving market reach in the Middle East, Africa and India, as the travel site is designed specifically for travelers in these source markets. According to online market research firm PhoCusWright, the online travel booking in the Middle East region alone is set to reach USD 15.4 billion in 2014. Recent reports from IPK International’s World Travel Monitor states how demand outpaced supply significantly in the Middle East during the first three quarters of 2013. The region’s hotel room pipeline continues to remain healthy with 37% more capacity under planning / construction currently. With 1 in 6 travellers in Middle East preferring to book online, TBOHolidays will leverage eRevMax’s advanced XML technology for improved client engagement.
