Van der Hoeven will lead the teams at both Raffles hotels in Cambodia, taking responsibility for the overall operations, performance and strategic direction for the hotels. Van der Hoeven joined the Raffles family in Phnom Penh in August 2013 from Outrigger Asia Pacific, where he was Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Asia Pacific. He was previously an Area General Manager with Six Senses Resorts and Spas overseeing Evason and Six Senses Spas, Hua Hin, Evason Hideaway & Earth Spa by Six Senses and Evason Hideaway, Vietnam. Pieter has also held progressive positions with the Peninsula group of hotels in Bangkok and Hong Kong as well as Hyatt Hotels in Australia.
Raffles Singapore - Cheryl Ong Director of Sales & MarketingRaffles Hotel Singapore has appointed Cheryl Ong Su Lyn as Director of Sales & Marketing. Ong Su Lyn brings a wealth of previous experience to Raffles. She was previously Director of Sales & Marketing and Director of Marketing Communications with the St. Regis Singapore. She has also held marketing, brand and communications roles with Tiger Aviation Pte Ltd and World Sport Group. Ong Su Lyn’s track record with many of Raffles Singapore’s key partners – and international key markets – combined with her proven leadership record will be invaluable to her new role.
