This one day summit will include key findings on the future of Technology, Environment Business and People: a master work called “The Lausanne Report”.
Organized in interviews, the think-tank programme will be set in panel discussions with world leaders and experts in the hospitality business. Amongst the invited speakers are Mr Vikram Oberoi (Oberoi Hotels & Resorts), Mr Marcel Van Aelst (Okura-Nikko Hotel Management), Mr Andreas Schmid (Gategroup), Mr Sébastien Bazin (Accor), Mr Alex Luzarraga (Amadeus), Mr Taleb Rifai (UNWTO), Mr Rob Torres (Google) who will jointly discuss major issues that will impact the future in the Hospitality business at large.
The conference will also address the importance of hospitality softskills, hospitality business models and sustainability development.
Finally, a panel will present and discuss with the experts present three diverging scenarios that will impact the Hospitality industry of the future.
