The hotel wins alongside fellow Oetker masterpiece, Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc, awarded ‘Best in Europe’. Hotel Eden Rock - St Barths offers 34 highly individual guest rooms and suites, located “on the rock” and dotted along the beach or set within lush green gardens as well as two other unique signature suites, Villa Nina and world famous Villa Rockstar, which comes with its own recording studio, as well as the new Christopher Columbus suite. The hotel has two restaurants, the Sand Bar and ‘ On the Rocks’ with JeanGeorges, headed up by Executive Chef Eric Desbordes, previously at Hotel Le Bristol Paris’s MichelinStarred Brasserie Le 114 Faubourg. Guest have access to the St.Jean beach with use of the hotel’s sun loungers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddle boards, snorkelling and watersports equipment.
