The customer portal on the LoungeUp app allows hoteliers to offer their services directly to the mobile devices of hotel guests, in particular through a mobile and web application which is accessible without needing to be downloaded.
Whether it is through the chat feature, the hotel services (which you can book in just a few clicks), or through personalised recommendations, the hotel offers this tool to its customers to facilitate and optimise their stay.
The integrated map makes it possible to locate touristic points of interest in the area (museums, monuments, shops…), find restaurants recommended by the hotel, and discover events that are happening around the hotel (exhibitions, concerts, shows…) so that travellers can make the most out of their stay.

The Hostellerie de Levernois, a 5-star Luxury Relais & Châteaux Hotel in Burgundy, which is already equipped with the LoungeUp App solution, wanted to go further by offering its customers fond of jogging the opportunity to discover the surrounding area whilst on a run.
Anne-Gaëlle Catinot, the Hosting Director at the Hostellerie de Levernois explains: “The LoungeUp app allows us to accompany our customers at every moment during their stay, even outside the establishment as they take us with them in their pocket! Since the integration of LoungeUp and Runnin’City, our Runnin’City running routes have been accessible from the LoungeUp interface, and now we can guide our customers in their discovery of the surroundings, all while being available through the chat.”
The establishment has in fact created five routes to help guests discover Levernois and its region independently in the Runnin’City application. The courses, which are loops from 2.5 to 27 kilometers, are pleasant routes, on which you can hike, run, or even cycle. On each of these tracks, users are vocally guided by GPS, and receive audio indications in their headphones concerning the weather and the region. All routes start from the hotel.
