With a total of 250 s qm this jewel spreads over two floors with an open air roof terrace equipped with everything necessary to enjoy memorable moments on the Black Sea coast. A Private Butler is available 24/7 to fullfill any requests from ordering a life show dinner prepared by the hotel’s Executive chef to booking the best view tables in the restaurants and reserving private areas on the beach.
A spacious living room equipped with highest standards, a modern dining room with a table for 8 as well as a modern kitchen are designed in style and taste. While a sauna and relaxation area can be found on the ground floor, two elegant bedrooms (a master bedroon and a guest bedroom with a separate dressing room) as well as bathrooms are spread over the upper floor. Children will be delighted with beds in form of wooden houses completed with a special wall niche for games. A staircase leads to the roof of the villa to an open terrace with panoramic views of the Black Sea, Gelendzhik Bay and the surrounding mountains.
