OMO3 Asakusa - Opening July 31, 2023 in Tokyo
Situated in the heart of Tokyo, Asakusa is a captivating neighborhood where Edo history and modern city culture intersect.
From OMO3 Asakusa’s top floor, guests can watch the Asakusa cityscape change from light to dark and can see Edo’s key landmarks, all the way from historic Sensoji Temple to Tokyo Skytree.
Below, the neighborhood’s old town charm is buzzing, and visitors will experience what it’s like to be a Asakusa local with guided walks by OMO Rangers.
Once the crowds of Nakamise-dori have settled, OMO Rangers will take guests behind the curtain to pay a visit to the illuminated Sensoji Temple, point them to the Asakusa’s most delicious dish, and take them to shop for high-quality souvenirs and handmade crafts. KAI Okuhida - Opening Autumn 2024 in Gifu
Located at the foot of the Northern Alps, Okuhida is a hot spring town in Gifu Prefecture and one of the largest hot spring sources in the country.
This destination has long been regarded as a prominent hot spring town featuring various types of onsens set against exceptional mountain views that beautifully showcase all the seasons.
From KAI Okuhida, guests can take in unparalleled views of Mount Akadana from their rooms and private open-air baths or from the hotel’s bathhouse and the courtyard.
In addition to access to the natural hot spring bath, separated by gender, guests will also have the option to soak in an open-air foot bath.

This HOSHINOYA will be Hoshino Resorts’ first residence hotel set in Japan’s most sought-after ski destination, Hokkaido.
HOSHINOYA Lodge Niseko will feature ski-in/out access and will be one of the largest ski resorts in the Niseko area. Its premier location will allow guests to experience the Niseko lifestyle – whether it be outdoor adventures or après ski – as well as Hokkaido’s lush nature and diverse dining options.
The Lodge’s top floor terrace will house an onsen pool with magnificent views, making it the perfect choice for ski enthusiasts and leisure travelers.

KAI property in Hokkaido - Opening 2026
Found in Akan-Mashu National Park, this KAI will be a wellness haven amid serene nature. Travelers will be renewed after enjoying KAI’s collection wellness-focused features from a river-like hot spring to an expansive terrace.
Unique to the property, visitors can spend their days at the Kawayu Onsen area as Hokkaido’s soft winds envelop guests.
