The visit to the UNESCO World Heritage site will finish with a traditional Sicilian farm-to-table breakfast, set up exclusively for visitors to enjoy amongst centuries of history.

New for the 2024 summer season, the "Buongiorno Valley of the Temples'' experience offers Villa guests exclusive pre-opening access to one of Sicily's most significant archaeological sites, showcasing the best-preserved remnants of classical Greek culture.

The one of a kind guided tour lasts an hour and a half, allowing guests time to explore the historical site before doors open to the public.

Accessing through a dedicated entrance, Private Villa guests are taken straight to the heart of the Valley of the Temples amongst the ruins, as the morning sun casts golden light over the majestic Doric temples.

The tour, either on foot or by electric buggy, culminates in an indulgent tasting experience of local gastronomic delights produced within the archaeological park with fresh fruit juices, breads and other favourites.

After devouring the feast, guests will be collected in a private transfer to be returned back to the Villas. Space, privacy and sea views abound at Rocco Forte Hotel’s Private Villas where guests enjoy the ultimate experience of Verdura Resort, with the use of all the amenities in addition to the secluded privacy of their accommodation.

This includes two championship golf courses, six restaurants by chef and Creative Director of Food for Rocco Forte Hotels, Fulvio Pierangelini, along with numerous tennis and padel courts, water sports activities, kids' clubs, infinity pools, and an award-winning spa. The expansive spa features an indoor pool, Thalassotherapy pools, yoga rooms, and a well-equipped gym.
