The theme of the day will be ‘The future of hospitality: the art of service in a changing world’. This programme promises to be a return to the very roots of hospitality and its humanity in an ultra-connected world where AI is becoming increasingly prevalent.
The unique feature of this event is that it brings together international spa and wellness experts, hoteliers, spa managers, investors, service providers, and suppliers all in one place.
