The role of the Reservation Agent involves:
The Reservation Agent receives call-off and takes the reservations on the Opera software. He/she coordinates with the other departments every detail of the reservation by informing the manager concerned by the special attentions. He/she calls up to confirm the reservations, answers the e-mails of reservations and dispatches e-mails incomers. The Reservation Agent gets in touch with Operator tours or customers to clarify diverse information (preferences of the guest for example). He/she takes note complaints of the customers by respecting Four Seasons Policies. He/she also manages the internal calls in the respect of the CORE standards.
