Job summary:
Ensure the highest level of guests’ experience through monitoring their preferences, greeting and meeting them, quality treatments check.
Work closely with Engineering and Housekeeping to maintain hygienic and safe environment according to local legislation and full guests’ satisfaction.
Create and maintain professional and fruitful relationships with third party providers, vendors, suppliers and freelance staff.
Control financial performance of the department, participating in tender and inventory processes, annual operating and capital investment budgeting.
To be responsible and drive the Marketing/PR activities and spa promotions in close collaboration with Sales/Marketing/PR in-charges.
Effectively integrate the Spa with the Hotel operations wherever possible and in accordance to the direction of Spa trends.
Elaborate on a competitive pricing strategy, comprehensive treatment offering as well as relevant product retail line. Maintain an interesting treatment menu and stay abreast of trends in the industry to be incorporated. Choose and maintain the finest spa and retail products.
Participate in regular staff meetings to keep employees informed of chalet policies and changes as well as ways to increase sales and service.
Properly manage stock and store retail offerings including inventory processes and communication of product needs.
Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Front Office Manager and Director or Rooms.
Possibility to extend the contract for the winter season highly likely if the requested standards will be respected

About you
Education and Experience:
Previous similar experience an asset
Previous leadership experience within the Spa Treatment field required
University/College degree in a related discipline required
Experience in the Hotel industry an asset
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Highly responsible & reliable
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Must be fluent in English
Preferred:
Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required.
Experience with Human tecar highly advantageous.
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and late nights.
Language required: English. French and Italian are a plus

The Magic Collection Retreats is open to the guests, renewing popular conceptions of luxury through convivial mediums of art, design, and beauty.

Artists' works are placed in relation to everyday spaces, and interact with the functionality of the place itself.
