INTRODUCTION Considered as one of the most traditional and oldest luxury hotel in Gstaad, LE GRAND BELLEVUE combines the luxury and the sophistication of a grand hotel with the charming atmosphere of a cozy country house.
We are looking forward welcoming a new team member for the position : Spa Receptionist (m/w)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide callers and guests with detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, and hours of operation, actively promoting the spa, treatments, services, classes, and retail, as well as programs available
Ability to perform the duties of the Retail Consultant if needed
Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked, and well-organized work area
Accurately book, change and cancel spa appointments
Ensure that the check-in, check-out, and payment process is handled in accordance with company policy
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Commercial apprenticeship as well as several years of professional experience in the sports and wellness hotel industry
Good language skills orally and in writing (German/French/English)
Good computer skills (MS Office)
Polished manners with a good dose of warmth
Flexibility, sense of responsibility, and organizational talent as well as a pronounced sales talent
Swiss or EU/EFTA citizen, due to work permit
