5-star hotel, 80 rooms, located on a secluded island in Indonesia. This resort is among the most awarded in Asia in recent years.
We are seeking ambitious, patient, creative individuals who enjoy teaching and have significant experience in gastronomic dining and/or high-end hospitality. If you are a natural-born trainer and are looking to make a life change, this opportunity is for you.
As the Outlet Manager / F&B Manager (depending on profile), you will be responsible for all the resort's restaurants and bars. You will continuously train your teams to meet the required standards.
PROFILE REQUIRED
- Aged 25-35 with solid experience in high-end hospitality or dining - Ideally experience in a palace or Michelin-starred establishment - Experience in Asia preferable - Passion for training - Fluent in English
Couple accepted if partner works in hospitality/restaurants.
Position available from July 2024 for a minimum of 2 years.
Salary: Approximately $4,000/month net depending on profile + flight tickets + accommodation on-site + meals.
