INTRODUCTION Considered as one of the most traditional and oldest luxury hotel in Gstaad, LE GRAND BELLEVUE combines the luxury and the sophistication of a grand hotel with the charming atmosphere of a cozy country house.
We are looking forward welcoming a new team member for the position : Casserolier (m/w)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Wash the dishes, glassware, pots and pans using the dishwasher or by hand
Clean kitchen surfaces, countertops and floors to maintain hygiene standards
Handle the disposal of waste and empty the bins regularly
Maintain and clean the dishwashing machines
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
First-hand experience in a similar position
HACCP knowledge
Enjoy working in an international team
Sense of responsibility and tidiness
Swiss or EU/EFTA citizen, due to work permit
