Six Senses Residences was open in December 2015 at Courchevel 1850, nestled in the French Alps. The only Six Senses brand in France, we are proud to welcome each Winter passionate ski and mountain lovers to our apartments. Well known for our luxury apartments as well as our Six Senses Spa, we are actively recruiting for a Guest Experience Maker & Guest Experience Maker Back Office (hybrid role of Reception and Concierge duties) to join our team.
Here are a few duties that the Guest Experience Maker & Guest Experience Maker Back Office will undertake :
Check guest/owners profiles and guest/owners history prior to the guest arrival and be familiar with all the information.
Notify concerned departments for guest arrival and ensure that they have the guests’ history and preferences information before the arrival.
Prepare all arrival amenities such as welcome letter, gifts etc.
Conduct Arrival Ritual.
Escort guests accordingly throughout the residences.
Collect any information about special dietary requests, allergies or other safety conditions and coordinate with chef to meet guests at meals.
Ensure to consolidate guest histories and preferences, and record into the system.
Recommend, plan, schedule and make arrangement with guests for their preferred activities during the stay.
Your Profile :
A minimum of two years experience within the Front Office department
Fluent English, Strong command in French. Other languages welcome
Opera PMS experience necessary
Valid EU driver's license
