Marriott on List for 12th Consecutive Year
Every year since 1998, Marriott International, Inc. (NYSE: MAR) has been named to FORTUNE magazine’s “100 Best Companies to Work For” list, earning the company a place on the magazine’s “all star” list. Marriott was number two among companies with more than 100,000 employees, and was ranked 78th overall.
At the heart of Marriott’s unique culture lies a strong spirit to serve. Marriott owes its success to the associates who deliver legendary customer service and take great care of their fellow employees, their neighbors in the community and the environment.

About the List
To select the “100 Best Companies to Work For,” FORTUNE works with Robert Levering and Milton Moskowitz of the Great Place to Work® Institute—a global research and consulting firm with offices in 30 countries—to conduct the most extensive employee survey in corporate America. Additionally, Marriott operations around the world, such as in Latin America and India, have been recognized by the Great Place to Work® Institute.
