Casa Casuarina, the famed Versace Mansion located in the heart of Miami Beach, is welcoming chefs from the Marbella Club Golf & Spa Resort, Spain to join their Executive Chef Dale Ray for a week of world class culinary experiences and events.
Over six days, Chef Dale Ray and Chef Juan Martin and Jose Ignacio Lara from the Marbella Club will treat guests to a range of Spanish cuisines and themed evenings compliments of Loftin's at the Versace Mansion. To launch the week the guest chefs will serve a six-course tasting menu on the first evening, followed by a 'Marbella Rocks' evening where signature cocktails and tapas will be served.
Later in the week, a Spanish Gala dinner and Roof Top Tapas party under the stars, brings a show of Flamenco dancers, Spanish films screened over the Gianni Versace Million Mosaic pool and live music from the Fox Brothers.
Gourmet dining, Spanish fiesta and luxurious accommodations provide an exciting and exclusive experience.
