Alain Ducasse goes back to school…
Opening of the Ecole de Cuisine Alain Ducasse in Paris. From May, 11th 2009 on, YOU are the chef!
« Cuisine de Tradition – Traditional Food », « Bien dans son assiette – The well-being in your plate », « La pâtisserie – The pastry-making »,... 10 themes and many options are offered to answer all the desires and adapt to all levels.
Learning, sharing, getting to know the universe of tastes of Alain Ducasse: all desires are mixed in this unique place of 700m², created by Pierre–Yves Rochon in the vein of the warm and convivial atmosphere of a home.
Cooking, pastry-making and wine-tasting courses will take place in four kitchens - Cèpe, Truffe, Olive and Piment, which were equipped by Perene and with advanced Miele facilities - and a « cellar ».
Alain Ducasse entrusted the keys of his school to Romain Corbière. « Chef of the chefs », he has followed the spirit and tastes of the group for more than 10 years. And for personalized requests, everything is possible: from individual coaching to “custom-built” offers for companies or private individuals who wish to organize seminaries, conferences, team buildings or any other special events.
