Want a Spanish Coffee with a side of spectacle? The presentation starts with a pour of Bacardi 151 over-proof rum in a large snifter glass rimmed with sugar and lit on fire. Then, the magic begins as cinnamon and nutmeg are tossed into the flame, creating a downpour of sparks into the glass. Watch as Cointreau, Kahlua and coffee are poured into the snifter and topped with a serving of whipped cream and Crème de Almond.
For a new take on a traditional Bananas Foster, a frozen mixture of fresh banana and vanilla ice cream is added to the rum and topped with Meyer's rum foam and banana chips. It's not just a cocktail anymore – it's eatertainment.
