Three Barceló Resorts in Mexico Receive Recognition For Outstanding Quality, Customer Service and Product Delivery
MLT Vacations, one of the largest vacation wholesale companies in the U.S., has recognized three of Barceló Hotels & Resorts' signature properties in Mexico with the company's highly coveted 2009 Quality Assurance Award. The award was granted to Barceló Maya Palace Deluxe in Riviera Maya, Barceló Karmina Palace Deluxe in Manzanillo and Barceló Ixtapa Beach in Ixtapa.
The Quality Assurance Award identifies top hotels in Mexico, the Caribbean and Latin America that have achieved scores of 99 percent or higher in customer satisfaction, delivery of product and overall quality. The awards will be presented at a ceremony in St. Paul, Minn., on Oct. 5.
