The luxurious Omni Chicago Hotel was recently honored with the President's Award, the highest and most prestigious award given by the Greater North Michigan Avenue Association (GNMAA). A member of the GNMAA, Omni Chicago Hotel participates in the GNMAA Beautification Awards Program each year. This program promotes and reinforces the high standards of landscape design and property maintenance in the Magnificent Mile area.
"As a proud member of the GNMAA and the Magnificent Mile community, Omni Chicago strives to exceed the neighborhood's expectations in upholding a high level of property maintenance," said Mike Magnelli, area managing director for the Omni Chicago Hotel. "We are extremely honored to receive such recognition for our efforts."
The GNMAA Awards aim to recognize those who not only meet, but exceed the high standards imposed by the GNMAA throughout the year. The GNMAA honors neighborhood properties with three levels of awards, the highest of which is the President's Award--the Omni Chicago Hotel was one of just two recipients. This award is given to properties that demonstrate exceptional efforts and an enthusiastic commitment to the goals set out by the GNMAA Public Way Committee. The GNMAA is a private, non-profit membership organization with a mission of preserving, promoting and enhancing one of Chicago's most unique neighborhoods. Members include real estate properties, retailers, hotels, entertainment establishments and institutional and residential properties.
