Marry Chef’s daily catches with the finest cuts of meat, all grilled to perfection before diners’ eyes on the BBQ. Pair these succulent selections with imaginative appetisers, flavoursome soups, creative salad combinations and additional international main courses, leaving room for a lavish array of eclectic European sweets and traditional Thai desserts.

Dining by Design delivers precisely that; an experience that is as personal as your heart’s desires. Team popular dishes prepared by expert chefs at live cooking stations with hot favourites created from a perfect balance of flavours and aromas. Dine on decadent desserts, before a refreshing tea and coffee selection is offered, all the while admiring authentic performances, with folk dance, classical music and vibrant martial arts representing the last 200 year period of Ratanakosin for all four regions of the country in dramatic diversity.

To taste the culinary gems of Thailand is certainly to understand its worldwide acclaim, but to learn to master the art of cooking is to become immersed in the very fabric of Thai culture, as well as developing a skill set to impress friends and family back home.
From a morning visit to the “Leam Din Market” where Chef teaches students how to select the freshest and most prized ingredients, cooking enthusiasts learn how to balance Thailand’s famous four taste sensations, namely hot, sour, salty and sweet, before putting theory into practice and creating their very own masterpieces from the three exciting four course menus on offer.
