An exclusive evening with Borgata's stellar lineup of award-winning chefs
On Saturday, November 13th, Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa will present SAVOR BORGATA - A Taste of France, Spain & Italy - at the Borgata Event Center.
This year, each restaurant will be represented with their own culinary station, offering guests the exclusive opportunity to interact with Wolfgang Puck (Wolfgang Puck American Grille), Michael Mina (SEABLUE, A Michael Mina Restaurant), Michael Schulson (Izakaya - A Modern Japanese Pub), Stephen Kalt (FORNELLETTO Cucina & Wine Bar), Geoffrey Zakarian (The Water Club at Borgata), Romeo DiBona (Old Homestead Steak House), Ron Ross (Borgata Executive Chef) and Thaddeus DuBois (Borgata Executive Pastry Chef), while sampling each chef's unique approach to Mediterranean cuisine. Showcasing wines and spirits of Europe's French, Spanish and Italian regions, the event will also feature a beer garden with pairings that complement the Mediterranean atmosphere of the evening.

"Savor Borgata reinforces this commitment by providing our customers with the rare chance to directly experience the creativity of several of the country's most beloved chefs."
James Beard Award-winner, Julie Powell, will join Savor Borgata for an exclusive book signing of her New York Times Best-Selling book-into-movie, "Julie & Julia". Powell will be available throughout the evening to sign autographs and mingle with guests who are fans of her much buzzed about memoirs.
Tickets, priced at $100 per person, go on sale Tuesday, October 5th at 10AM. For those interested in a more intimate Savor Borgata experience, Borgata is offering a VIP ticket (priced at $150) that includes early admission to the event among a limited crowd and a gift bag with an autographed copy of "Julie & Julia". Savor Borgata hotel packages are also available for Saturday, November 13, 2010. Starting from $449, the package includes an overnight stay in a Classic Room, two tickets, and entrance to MIXX and mur.mur nightclubs.
