W Retreat & Spa Bali-Seminyak today announced the launch of WooBar, the ultimate day and night, indoor/outdoor destination for W guests and savvy island locals. Featuring upscale cocktails, Bali’s most sought-after DJ’s, and three-floors of space for mixing, mingling and chilling out, WooBar is located in the new uber-cool beachfront enclave of Seminyak The region’s third W Retreat & Spa recently opened its doors on 1st March 2011.
WooBar is Seminyak’s newest place to be seen. By day, WooBar is a super-chic, cool, relaxed beach club with delicious nibbles, an intoxicatingly extensive choice of imported beers, wines and unique cocktails. When the sun goes down, WooBar welcomes you to play. Sip on high-voltage cocktails specially prepared by the liquid team, and let Bali’s hottest DJ’s whisk you away in the music. Enjoy tantalizing finger foods at the bar, or get cozy in one of WooBar’s many secret indoor and outdoor spaces.
The WooBar deck entices with sensual design both indoors and outdoors. Inside, the oval reef bar is awash in amber lighting and surrounded by coral-shaped cocktail tables. The bar leads out onto an extensive deck overlooking the sea topped by oversized fans with a custom mirror-polish finish. Within WooBar is the intimate Whiskey Lounge, which features a striking LED-lit bottle display that lights up the sizzling Seminyak night vibe. Crowned by a commanding chandelier, the WooBase stairway gives way to a dance floor swirling in sea of electric colors. The music emanates from the raised podium, where the DJ holds court under skylights that offer natural light onto the dance floor. WooBar guests can luxuriate on glamorous rooftop daybeds, by cozy cocktail tables, or in the surrounding WET pool deck.
