A few months ago, we invited you to complete a survey by a company called Universum. This survey explores career expectations, employer/industry sector preference and salary expectations from an EHL graduates point of view. The results show how EHL alumni fair versus alumni from other Swiss Universities.
They survey also looks at the satisfaction levels with employers, career goals as well as the willingness to change.
Some highlights:
39% of people answering work in Hotel/restaurant/tourism/hospitality industries
From an EHL graduate’s point of view, Nestlé is top employer of choice, followed by Hyatt and Swatch Group
Work-life balance is more and more important
People continue to change jobs/companies frequently
