Six RIU resorts in Mexico, one in the Bahamas and one in Costa Rica received this prestigious Award during the 2011 MLT University
A total of 8 RIU Hotels received this prestigious Award during the 2011 MLT Vacations Quality Assurance Award presented at MLT University in St. Paul, Minnesota on Sunday, October 2nd, 2011. This means that almost a quarter of RIU properties in the American continent have been awarded for its consistent quality and service.
The Quality Assurance Award recognizes qualifying hotels in Mexico, the Caribbean, Latin America, and the United States. For the 2011 award, results were measured against the experiences of more than 500,000 customers who traveled with Delta Vacations’, Continental Airlines Vacations, United Vacations and Worry-Free Vacations from the U.S. and Canada.
Out of the more than 2,300 hotels offered by MLT Vacations in Mexico, the Caribbean, Latin America, Hawaii, Florida, Las Vegas and the rest of the U.S., only 193 qualified to receive the MLT Vacations Quality Assurance Award designation for 2011.
