New collaboration will present an exceptional culinary experience
INK Entertainment, Canada’s premiere hospitality and Entertainment Company alongside Loews Hotels & Resorts, announce the first step in a future business alignment with the opening of La Société, an upscale Parisian style bistro, within the newly renovated Loews Hôtel Vogue in Montreal. The partnership signifies a greater value in luxurious and exceptional guest experiences, at an accessible level to the market; the restaurant is slated to open in March 2013.
“This partnership is the first of its kind, and marks a heightened level in standards within hotel and culinary experiences. I am looking forward to what the collaboration holds for both brands in the future,” says Charles Khabouth, President, INK Entertainment. “La Société within the Loews Hôtel Vogue Montreal marks the beginning of a promising long-time partnership between INK Entertainment and Loews Hotels & Resorts.”
La Société within Loews Hôtel Vogue will be modeled after the premiere bistro in Toronto and will feature built-in furnishings outfitted in rich mahogany, custom marble mosaic tile floors and aged leather as designed by interior design firm, Munge Leung. The highlight of the bistro will be a jaw-dropping handcrafted distinctive stain glass ceiling inspired by Khabouth’s visits to old-world boulangeries, cafés and patisseries in Paris, France.

The Loews Hôtel Vogue is popular among celebrities and business travelers and is a vital part of the destination. This year, the hotel has undergone a transformation of more than $10 million in renovations to the hotel’s lobby, guestrooms and building façade. The new contemporary flair will be completed in Spring 2013, and will showcase modern colors and design.
Located just steps away from major museums, luxury boutiques and the business district, La Société within the Loews Hôtel Vogue will deliver a unique experience. The restaurant’s reputation of serving high-quality, delicious dishes, drinks and deserts will be under the management of Executive Chef Sean Reeve, and promises to be the highlight of this vibrant neighborhood.
