Four Seasons Hotel Mexico DF receives AAA Five Diamond Award for 17th consecutive year (Mexique)
AAA gives the Five Diamond Award to hotels with high guest satisfaction, service, facilities, food and beverages, and rooms and activity ratings. Each year, AAA inspects more than 31,000 lodging facilities and few obtain this prestigious award, which was assessed by expert AAA inspectors, by the hospitality industry, and more than 53 million AAA/CAA members. |

This year, only 178 hotels worldwide received this high level of recognition, 13 of which are in Mexico. Four Seasons is the only hotel in Mexico City with the Five Diamond Award, earning it every year since 1997.
General Manager Ricardo Acevedo said he is happy to run a hotel with a team as committed as the one he works with, that is committed to providing the best guest services. “The hotels that earn the Five Diamond Award, like Four Seasons Hotel Mexico, reflect ultimate luxury and sophistication. Winning and maintaining this level of service for so many years in a row is a huge achievement and we are pleased to be counted as one of the elite hotels in North America.”
He also expressed his appreciation for receiving this award and said that it would not have been possible without the hard, dedicated and conscientious work performed by each Hotel employee who interacts with guests and those who work behind the scenes that no one meets but without whom the Hotel would not be able to provide quality customer service. Not many hotels awarded by AAA receive the Five Diamond Award for so many years in a row, which is why the staff is proud to receive it and to be the only one in town to receive such an extraordinary distinction.
