The solution combines LHW’s global infrastructure of sales, marketing, and distribution, with IHA’s ultra personalized approach supporting owners to develop their vision and achieve financial objectives.

Leading Hotels has a portfolio of more than 400 distinct, luxury properties across 80 countries.
The brand delivers premiere sales, marketing, distribution, and other strategic support to empower hotels to stay independent. IHA has a curated portfolio of luxury properties in Northern Europe and Switzerland.
Its services include full management for existing properties with growing business objectives, for new projects with full conceptualization, or for renovation and repositioning in a fast evolving market.
