Designed to attract and retain top-tier talent, Crystalbrook Collection has implemented an increase in the comprehensive avenues to honour and reward unwavering commitment, dedication and exceptional service.
To coincide with Global Wellness Day on June 10th, 2023, the implementation of the following new benefits will apply:
- Collaborator Restaurant & Bar Discount - Increases to 50% for all Collaborators.
- Collaborator Accommodation Discount - Deepens to $99 per night per room.
- Family and Friends Accommodation Discount - Deepens to $200 per night per room
- Eleme Day Spa Discount – Expands to 20% off for Collaborators
In addition, Crystalbrook Collaborators enjoy the following extra benefits:
- A free night stay at 1 year of service day
- In a commitment to the environment, all Full Time & Part Time Collaborators receive 1 Earth Advocacy Day each year
- After 2 years of service, Collaborators receive additional annual leave days per year of service, to a total of 5 additional days
- Access to over 200 e-learning courses to assist with ongoing professional development
