In his new role, Alain will oversee operations and strategies for the hotel and spa, simultaneously driving its guest satisfaction and maximising profitability.
Alain joins from his most recent position as hotel manager at InterContinental Bordeaux Le Grand Hotel, prior to which he was the hotel’s deputy general manager from 2010. As a graduate of the Ecole Hôtelièr de Lausanna, Alain has always been fascinated by the hospitality industry and began his career at Starwood Hotels and Resorts Groups under the Le Méridien brand and their two largest Parisian units. He later joined Grand Hôtel de Saint-Jean-de-Luz & Spa as Hotel Manager.
Commenting on his appointment, Alain stated ‘I am excited to be joining such a well-respected and leading hotel, with its innovating outlook in all of its offering, from gastronomy and spa, to its plethora of activities.’
