Kempinski Hotel Ajman appointed Melanie Munoz as Food & Beverage ManagerA French national with 14 years’ experience, Melanie Munoz has worked for exclusive five star properties (Starwood, Club Med and a few independent luxury hotels) in various countries across the world in places such as Nice in France, Palmiye in Turkey, St Barthelemy in the Caribbean Islands, Wellington in New Zealand, Bora Bora in French Polynesia and, lately, Phuket in Thailand.
Melanie Munoz has recently joined the F&B team at Kempinski Hotel Ajman, where she leads a team of 75 employees. She will be in charge of repositioning the F&B offerings of the hotel, having successfully launched various F&B concepts and initiatives in her previous roles.
Commenting on her appointment, Melanie Munoz said: “As a newcomer to the UAE, I am very excited to begin this new journey with Kempinski. I am glad to have the opportunity to manage ten different outlets and develop a new concept that will continue to surprise our guests and create a memorable experience to make them come back to Ajman.”Kempinski Hotel Ajman appointed Alexej Jaritschin as Front Office ManagerA German and Russian dual national, Alexej Jaritschin is a long-serving Kempinski hotelier, having taken on various positions in the Rooms Division department over the years.
He was Assistant Front Office Manager at Kempinski Hotel, Saint Petersburg, later becoming Night Manager at Kempinski Hotel Hamburg before transferring as Duty Manager to Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates, thereafter assuming his most recent assignment in Kempinski Seychelles, where he was Assistant Front Office Manager.
Alexej Jaritschin has recently joined the Front Office team at Kempinski Hotel Ajman as Front Office Manager, where he ensures the greatest guest satisfaction.
Commenting on his appointment, Alexej Jaritschin said: “I am glad to be back in the United Arab Emirates, and especially in Ajman, where we have the highest number of returning guests coming to the hotel.
