• Maintaining cleanliness and order
• Compliance with HACCP guidelines
• Preparation, processing and serving of desserts and bread products
• Providing the mise-en-place
• Care and cleaning of work areas and tools
Who you are:
• Team player
• Resilience and flexibility
• Ability to think in networks
• Completed vocational training as a baker/confectioner
• Several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy as Commis Pâtisserie or Chef de Partie Pâtisserie
• Good knowledge of German, English or French and another language would be an advantage
