The awards acknowledge brands and entities that have performed exceptionally well in the business travel landscape in South Africa. This year's awards featured a number of new categories including the 'Best International Hotel Group' category which was won by Hilton Hotel & Resorts. Individual industry research and analysis for this year's accolades was done by Future Group in partnership with global independent research company TNS.
