As of September 2019, these agreements will enable students in the 2nd and 3rd year of the Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant management to complete a semester with these partner universities, after which they will be able to continue their stay by interning for 6 months. FERRANDI Paris is the only school in its field to offer two Bachelors approved by the French Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation, an asset for better international recognition.

Strengthening academic partnerships

These agreements reinforce the programs’ international dimension, already implemented in the Master of Science Hotel Management offered by FERRANDI Paris. Thanks to an agreement with The Kong-Kong Polytechnic University, one of Asia's leading educational institutions in the sector, MSc students will embark on a one-month study trip to Hong Kong, during which they will focus on innovation in hospitality.

Courses offered 100% in English

Another novelty for the start of September 2019: students in their third year of hotel management and catering will have the choice to continue the course either in French or in English. Those who read the Master of Science Hotel Management course will be able to opt for either a bilingual track (French and English) or one exclusively in English.

Courses specially designed for foreign students

Furthermore, FERRANDI Paris is launching two Advanced Professional Programs, in “French Cuisine" and “French Pastry" respectively, which complete its portfolio of courses for foreign students (Training Weeks, tailor-made courses and Intensive Programs). These Advanced Professional Programs, that last 8 weeks, will be offered to professionals wishing to upgrade their skills and will taught by prestigious experts, such as MOF, world champions, Michelin starred chefs etc. The school welcomes 300 students of over 30 different nationalities every year on its Paris campus, with students mainly from China, Taiwan, the United States, Brazil, Canada, India and Korea.
