From September 10 until October 1, 2017, Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, A Four Seasons Hotel offers an additional reason to come and enjoy the beautiful setting of the French Riviera in the fall that will seduce food and spa lovers alike.The weekly Sunday Brunch will be reinstated and served in the Cocteau-inspired interior of restaurant Le Cap, with the possibility to combine it with a treatment at the Spa.
Guests will be able to savour delectable sea and terroir Mediterranean specialties designed by Michelin-starred Chef Yoric Tièche featuring the finest produce: oysters and mussels from coastal France, Italian antipasti, an array of salads, breads, roasts, hot pots, cheeses, and poached eggs served with Parma ham. The buffet spread also includes the irresistible desserts of the Hotel’s Pastry Chef Gaëtan Fiard, Worldwide Champion of Sugar Arts. In addition to a selection of fine wines, cocktail creations and infusions using the aromatic herbs from the gardens, guests can also enjoy a delectable Mimosa and Bloody Mary open bar.
To complete Brunch with a relaxing afternoon, the “Sprunch” offer includes complimentary access to the Hotel’s Spa facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, and a dedicated Sunday Spa ritual consisting of a 30 minute scalp, neck and shoulder massage or a 30 minutes express facial treatment.
