Achieve a portfolio of 300+ hotels

Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), India’s largest hospitality company, today announced a strategic alliance with the Tree of Life Resorts & Hotels, which was recently acquired by the Ambuja Neotia Group, offering IHCL’s marketing and distribution network to its portfolio of 14 resorts across the country.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Puneet Chhatwal, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, IHCL said, “With the rising trend of experiential travel, Tree of Life Resorts & Hotels offers our discerning guests unique travel experiences in offbeat destinations including in tier II and III cities. This partnership is in line with our vision to expand our brandscape to newer formats which cater to the ever-evolving travel needs.”

Tree of Life, launched in 2009 operates boutique hotels in 14 destinations including Mussoorie, Dared, Naggar, Udaipurwati, Kumaon, Binsar among others. Located outside city centres, the resorts are an escape into luxury and exclusivity with a chance to immerse in nature and local culture.

Tree of Life Resorts & Hotels addresses the niche trend of experiential stays which is a fast-emerging travel trend”.

The Tree of Life Resorts & Hotels will be available for room bookings on IHCL’s distribution network starting March 1, 2024.

Pacing ahead of its market guidance, IHCL achieves a portfolio of 300+ hotels with 90 hotels under development.
