1. The Chester Grosvenor & Spa, United Kingdom

The Chester Grosvenor & Spa is home to the remarkable Simon Radley at The Chester Grosvenor restaurant which has retained its Michelin Star for an impressive 23 years. Located in the heart of historic Chester, Simon Radley at The Chester Grosvenor offers exceptional seasonal menus, using fresh local produce and the restaurant also features one of the most extensive wine cellars in England. Renowned British Chef, Simon Radley has a long affiliation with The Chester Grosvenor & Spa having joined the property in 1986. After taking a couple of years to broaden his experience elsewhere, Simon returned to the property in 1988 and has since played an instrumental role in establishing the excellent cuisine and service the restaurant is known for today.
To celebrate Simon Radley at The Chester Grosvenor restaurant’s continuous success, the restaurant is offering diners an opportunity to savour their exquisite cuisine for an affordable £55 for an eight-course tasting menu, put together by Simon Radley himself. The Latymer, located in the elegant country house hotel Pennyhill Park in Bagshot was recently awarded its second Michelin Star in the 2013 Michelin Guide. Featuring the 'complex, carefully crafted and very technical but not intimidating' cuisine of Chef Michael Wignall, The Latymer has established itself as one of the finest destination restaurants in the South East of England.

3. ABaC Restaurant & Hotel, Spain

Located in central Barcelona, ABaC Restaurant & Hotel is one of the premier luxury hotels in Catalonia, Spain. The property is distinctly known for its exceptional fusion cuisine which has earned ABaC Restaurant & Hotel two Michelin stars – one of only a handful of restaurants in Barcelona with such credentials. The restaurant is helmed by acclaimed Chef Jordi Cruz, who at the age of 25 became the youngest chef in Spain to receive a Michelin star.

4. Hotel Splendide Royal, Italy

A 19th-century palace overlooking the Villa Borghese gardens, Hotel Splendide Royal is home to one of the finest and most beautiful Italian restaurant in Rome – The Mirabelle. Led by Executive Chef Giuseppe Sestito, this Michelin-starred restaurant with its lavish pale gold décor and elegant crystal, glass vases and antique porcelains, has one of the most striking gourmet terraces in Rome.

5. Le Grand Hotel Cannes, France

Built in 1863, Le Grand Hotel Cannes is the oldest and one of the most illustrious hotels in the celebrated town of Cannes. True to its legendary status, the crowning jewel of this hotel is its Michelin-starred restaurant, Le Park 45. Helmed by the talented Chef Sébastien Broda, the restaurant offers a light and inventive Mediterranean cuisine, using locally sourced produce.

6. Hoshinoya Kyoto, Japan

A former aristocrat’s retreat, Hoshinoya Kyoto is a luxury Ryokan (traditional Japanese inn) that embodies the spirit of traditional Japanese culture with contemporary modern comforts. Hoshinoya Kyoto is known for its seasonal kaiseki cuisine that captures the essence of traditional Kyoto cuisine blended with sophisticated cooking techniques. Led by Chef Ichiro Kubota, guests can experience his exceptional cuisine which honours traditional Japanese culture and heritage but evolving it with creativity.
